Privacy

You are telling us about your body and your health. Here is exactly what happens to that. Last updated 29 August 2026.

What we collect

Your assessment and setup answers, your weekly check-ins, your name and email, and your purchase history. Your symptom and health answers are sensitive, and several state privacy laws treat them as consumer health data, so we handle them to that standard. We are not a doctor’s office or an insurer, so HIPAA doesn’t cover what you tell us here. That is a reason for us to be stricter with it, not looser.

What we do with it

We use it to build your plan and to send you the emails you signed up for. We do not sell it. We do not share it with advertisers, and we do not use your health answers for ad targeting on any platform.

Who can see it

Your plan is generated automatically. No person reads your answers to produce it. Staff can see account records where they need to in order to resolve a support or billing issue, and accounts that our safety monitoring flags appear in an internal list so that they can be reviewed. That list shows the reason for the flag and your contact details.

Who we send it to

Our hosting provider, our database provider, our email provider and our payment processor. They handle it on our instructions and for nothing else. Payment card details never reach us. They go directly to the payment processor.

Cookies

Two, both our own and both necessary: one that remembers your assessment while you’re part-way through it, and one that keeps you signed in for 60 days. There are no advertising or third-party tracking cookies on this site. We do record which steps of the site get used, under that same assessment identifier, to see where people get stuck.

How long we keep it

Your answers and plans stay while your account does, because they are what your plan is rebuilt from. Ask us to delete and we delete. Purchase records we keep for as long as tax law requires and nothing more.

Keeping it safe, and who it isn’t for

Access is limited to the people who need it, sign-in is by a single-use link rather than a password you might reuse, and traffic is encrypted. This service is not for under-18s, and we don’t knowingly collect anything from one; tell us if that has happened and we’ll delete it.

Getting it back, or getting rid of it

Email support@ask-marlow.com and ask for a copy of everything we hold about you, or ask us to delete it. Deletion means deletion, not deactivation. We keep purchase records where tax law requires it and nothing more.

Complaints

Tell us first at support@ask-marlow.com. If we don’t resolve it, you can report it to the Federal Trade Commission at reportfraud.ftc.gov, or to your state attorney general. If you live in a state with its own privacy law - California, Colorado, Connecticut, Virginia and a growing list of others - you have rights to see, correct, delete and export what we hold, and to tell us not to sell or share it. We don’t sell or share it, but the right stands either way. Ask us at the address above and we’ll action it within 45 days, and we won’t treat you any differently for asking.

Changes

If this notice changes we’ll update the date at the top, and we’ll email you before anything about how we use your health answers changes.
