What you’re buying
General nutrition information, generated automatically. Your plan is generated by our automated system using your answers and published nutrition research. It is general information, not personal medical advice, and it doesn't replace your doctor. No clinician or other qualified professional reviews it before or after it reaches you. The how plans are made page sets out exactly what the system does and what it can’t.
What it isn’t
It is not a consultation, and it is not a substitute for care from someone who knows your history. Do not use it to manage a diagnosed condition without talking to your own doctor, and stop and speak to them if something in it doesn’t sit right with you. If you are pregnant or breastfeeding, or under 18, this product is not for you and we won’t sell it to you.
What you can do with it
Your plan, the recipes and the guides are yours to use for yourself, for as long as you hold them. They stay ours, so please don’t resell or republish them. Your answers stay yours; we use them to build your plan, as set out in the privacy notice.
Prices and billing
All prices in US dollars. The price you see is the price you pay - any sales tax is already included, and nothing is added at checkout. Subscriptions renew automatically at the rate you signed up on until you cancel, and we remind you before every renewal: 30 days and 7 days ahead for annual and quarterly plans, 3 days ahead for monthly ones. Cancelling takes one click in your account and stops the next charge, with no phone call and no retention script. The payment plan is 3 instalments and then stops on its own; it isn’t a subscription and there is nothing left running afterwards.
Refunds
See the refund policy. Nothing in these terms limits the rights you have under federal and state consumer protection law.
Your account
Sign-in links are personal to you. Keep your email account secure, since anyone with access to it can sign in as you. We can close an account that is being used to resell what we sell, or in a way that puts someone at risk; if we do, we refund what you have paid for and haven’t used.
Where the limits sit
You decide what you eat, and what happens next depends on a great deal we can’t see. Where the law allows us to limit what we owe you if something goes wrong, we limit it to what you paid us. Where the law doesn’t allow that (and consumer law often doesn’t), the law wins over this paragraph.
Changes
If we change these terms we’ll date the change here, and we’ll email you before it affects anything you’re already paying for.
